Rein Fleuré – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:
At Rein Fleuré, we want you to have a seamless experience with every purchase. Our dresses are made with care, and we hope you love them as much as we do. In case you need to exchange, we’ve made the process easy for you.
As a growing small business, we currently do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges or store credit for eligible returns, except in the case of defective or incorrect items, for which we are always happy to help.
Each piece we deliver comes with more than just the cost of the product; packaging, shipping, handling, and platform fees all contribute to the final experience we aim to provide. At this stage, we’re unable to process full refunds to the original payment method, but it is something we aspire to offer as we grow.

Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping.
- Prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order will be refunded as store credit.
- Once shipped, the standard exchange process applies.
Exchange Policy:
How to Exchange:
- Initiate an exchange via our Exchange Portal within 7 days of delivery.
- Pay an INR 150 shipping & handling fee during the exchange request.
- Our courier partner will collect the product from your address within 2–4 days.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be dispatched in 1–3 business days.
Exchange Conditions:
- Dresses must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging.
- Each order can be exchanged up to two times.
- Exchanges can be made for a different size, colour, or another dress of equivalent or higher value.
- If the new product is higher-priced, you’ll need to pay the difference.
- If it’s lower-priced, we’ll issue store credit for the difference.
- If the new product is higher-priced, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Exchange Process Timeline:
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll dispatch the exchanged product within 24–72 hours.
Important Note:
If the exchange is rejected (for reasons such as used/damaged items), we’ll return the original item to you. A return shipping fee of INR 150 will apply.
Defective / Incorrect Product:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us on WhatsApp at +919082555966 within 24 hours of delivery, along with images and videos of the issue.
If the defect is verified, we’ll exchange your product at no additional cost.
If no defect is found, the standard exchange fee will apply.
